Hi Everyone!
As you all know, the Northern California Authors Fair is happening on May 2nd, from 10AM -3PM at the Lake Redding Park Pavillion. We are very excited about this event, have a lot of incredible authors signed up, and hope to see you all there!
Other exciting news, two of our members have recently released, or will be releasing, new books. Helena St. George’s dystopian novel, Shattered but Not Silenced, released on March 15th and is available for order. Uriah Rowland’s latest novel, a grounded science fiction titled The Mysterious Child of Bimini Road, will be released on May 1st. You can also purchase either of these books at the authors fair on May 2nd.
An important announcement regarding our May 9th meeting.
In lieu of our usual program, we will be having a general meeting to discuss the Writers Forum future, potential changes to the Bylaws, and general book-keeping matters. Voting on these issues, as well as the new Board Members, will take place at the June 13th meeting, which is also our bi-annual Read-Around and Potluck.
Please remember that you must be a member in good standing in order to vote for the board or any changes to the bylaws. If you have let your membership slide and want to participate in the voting, please make sure you are current on your dues by the June meeting.
